"Nice little savings every time"
I’ve been using the Alamo Insider discounts for my rentals, they do help. Not huge drama or anything. Just cheaper rates, every time I book. Kind of one of those small perks that adds up without me thinking about it

Picked up my rental from Alamo and it was a smooth experience. The car looked clean inside and out. Seats seemed wiped down no weird smells and the trunk was neat too. I’m only taking off a star because there was a bit of dust around the cup holders but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I’d rent from them again.

"Quick phone help for a pickup time change"
I had to call Alamo to change my pickup time and thought it was going to turn into one of those long, avoidable headaches. But the support number was easy to find on alamo.com, and I got through quicker than expected. The person I spoke with was helpful and didn’t make the process complicated at all. Everything was handled in just a few minutes. It’s nice when a company still makes it easy to talk to a real person.

I booked a car through alamo.com after comparing a few other rental sites, and Alamo had the best price for the dates I needed. What I appreciated most was that the price didn’t suddenly jump at checkout, which has happened to me with other sites before.
Pickup went smoothly, and the car was exactly what I expected. I originally chose them because they were cheaper, but based on how easy the whole experience was, I’d definitely use them again if the pricing stays competitive...

I booked a small car, but when I got to the counter they ended up upgrading me. It took a few extra minutes to sort out, and I’ll admit I was half-wondering if there was some reason they were trying to move me into a different car, but the staff handled it well and were friendly about it. In the end, the car was fine and the whole experience was good overall...

"Easy and fair car rental experience"
Picked up the car and dropped it back off with zero drama, which is all you can ask for, right? The guy checking it over was fair and didn’t try to pin any tiny old marks on me. I was expecting at least a little hassle, but it ended up being way better than I thought

I rented from alamo and ended up using a few toll roads during the trip. The charges showed up later, just like they said they would, so no real surprise there. Could the receipt have been a little clearer about the details? Definitely. But was it some huge confusing mess? Not really. The price seemed fair enough, and I didn’t notice any random extra fees tacked on. Overall, it was a good experience, just wish they explained the toll stuff a bit better

I booked through Alamo and the price I saw was basically what I ended up paying. I was a little worried they would tack on hidden fees but nothing weird came up at pickup or drop off. The staff also explained the fuel policy clearly. Easy overall and I would use them again.

"Easy booking and helpful staff"
I booked through alamo.com and the whole reservation process was easy. When I got to the counter, there were a few people waiting, but the staff stayed professional and calm. The person who helped me took the time to explain the car options without making me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the line moved a little slower than I hoped, but overall they handled everything well. I left feeling taken care of and satisfied with the experience

I expected to have to do some guessing with the fuel level, but that wasn’t the case at all. It was clear and easy, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Nice little detail that I appreciated.

"Pretty fair booking experience"
I booked a car through alamo and, i was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by hidden fees at checkout. But the price ended up being mostly what I expected, and they showed the taxes and fees before I paid, which I really appreciated. The only thing I’d say is that some of the add-ons could be explained a little more clearly. Overall, it felt fair and there weren’t any big surprises.

"Pretty easy rental, just a bit slow"
I used alamo.com for a car rental last week, and overall it was a smooth experience. The people at the counter were the best part, really friendly, and they didn’t make me feel like I was holding everything up, even though I had a couple questions. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying because I had somewhere to be after that, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably use them again, just not if I was already running late or in a rush.
